      Pros

      The director/ owner is good. He has big dreams.

      Cons

      But the company has very bad HR culture, you get penalised for a lot of things. Cannot even go down for breaks. Very strict punch in and punch out. Bad work culture, feels suffocating. The managers are dumb, they do not know how to run a team. They need training for sure. If you are not getting a better opportunity only then join this company, else don't.
