      - Amazing opportunities to grow as a software engineer - Management (Sam and Chris) are always open to conversation and ideas - Zero micromanagement - If you're hired, you are trusted to do your job and do it well

      - Low starting salary for a software engineer in New York - Small office in crowded space in an old WeWork building
