Pros

Diverse range of products to learn about and a great site to see the wine go from filtration to bottling. Focus is on autonomous work, meaning you develop skills in a variety of tasks.

Cons

Intense hours, often changing with short notice. Rotation between day and night shifts for a significant amount of the year. Middle management talking condescendingly to employees and making their work feel neither valued nor appreciated. Preferential treatment of some over others is common place,

Great culture and incredible wines.

Cons

There has been a lot of movement and change in recent years, with the owner and founder stepping away. Hopefully, the business is in a better position now. It was an unfortunate situation, but it was handled poorly.
