- They work with your schedule. Very flexible. - Good amount of overtime. - Decent pay.

Cons

-While the overtime is great... expect it to happen pretty much every shift.

Good start but get out quick

Pros

They offer a nice incentive to work more with the bonus for 40+ hours a week, flexible scheduling.

Cons

You need to watch your checks to ensure you're not being shorted, no direct deposit, management can be very difficult to work with, dispatchers have no emt experience and will run you into the ground.
