Pros

None, the building is smelly, I hope the California Department of Labor come to inspect this filthy place.

Cons

I'm so glad my coworkers are giving bad reviews that this company deserves. The football Patriots conference room.. really? How.old is this guy 18?? Grew up!!

Pros

- Great working environment (modern hardware, nice office, kitchen, receptive management) - Opportunities to learn on many different projects, technology stacks, and business environments (small companies, big companies, etc) - If you're inclined to have a hand in improving things from a company/operations perspective, management has always been very receptive to feedback. Even better, if you want to own driving the improvement you want to see, you can get that opportunity by proposing concrete solutions to the problem you have. - The company is relatively flat, so making your voice heard all the way up to the CEO is quite easy. - Getting time off is easy, with unlimited vacation. It's subject to common sense caveats like not taking off 2 months in the middle of a deadline, but in general people don't have trouble getting more than their fare share of time off.

Cons

- This is a best fit for someone who can drive their own career – there aren't well-established hierarchies and promotion paths here, so you'll do best if you're a self-starter who can seek out the right opportunities and likes to learn new things - As a relatively flat organization, there aren't always well-defined processes for things. If you're coming from a larger organization, prepare to do a fair amount of feeling your way around how things get done informally. This can be both a pro and a con.
