No hay comunicación en cuanto a las politicas, se solicita presencialidad obligatoria , aun cuanto tu equipo completo se encuentra en otro país. Se promete aumentos por inflación y no siempre se cumple.

Collaborative environment. My direct team mates are very friendly and professional people.

Cons

The feature development was too slow, in part due to a waterfall process, and also because it was too hard work with some legacy components of the architecture. Top management seems to underestimate the technical debt, which causes too many problems to the development process.
