      No longer a real company.

      Pros

      Good people and pay is ok. Not a sweat shop and have some cool events.

      Cons

      It used to be a cutting edge hosting and development shop. Years of bad executives run through there has left it to die on the vine. What was left was an operations manager as CEO and a bunch of Japanese guys in upper management that never leave their office or communicate with anyone. NTT could not find anything better to do with those guys in Japan. New leadership just worried about keeping the servers plugged in and no innovation or creativity. SA's becoming managers of teams that do nothing and block development from doing anything that people would want to buy. Such a shame.

      Pros

      Met a lot of good people there. I did learn a lot as well. Workers at your level were there to help.

      Cons

      VP's change like every 3 years. Each has their own vision of what they want to do with the company. Often complete 180 from the previous. Poor business decisions created a toxic work environment. Support was off shored and that was the end of an era.

      Learning new technologies, free coffee, free water. Ping pong table. Woosball video game tournaments during the work day.

      Cons

      They hire managers from the soviet USSR era that treat their employees like soliders at boot camp.
