Pros
Some of the greatest people work at Ventiv Technology. Great office environment in Chicago, just need some bodies in there to take advantage of it. Product is improving but most of what has been introduced was developed by the old management team.
Cons
They say when a plane goes down you should put the oxygen mask on yourself first so you can help others. Well great people are leaving at an alarming pace and its fend for yourself. Management changed roles and responsibilities and made it a take it or leave it scenario. Well most left it. At first I was disappointed so many people left so fast but I soon learned what they feared came true. Management is concerned with numbers and not people. I didn't hear anything until long after they let some people go and others left on their own that people was a priority for them. Very reactive management team. I understand constructive feedback is taken with some hesitation but when good people leave and leave quickly and at an alarming pace something is wrong. Lastly, it doesn't seem like the Chicago office is a priority. As Chicago associates leave all postings are for Atlanta. I saw the writing on the wall.
