      Great Place for Experienced Techs

      Pros

      7 day on 7 day off schedule. Guaranteed pay plus unlimited overtime. Overtime pay for working on off days. Worldwide travel. Great place for seasoned AOG Tech to work. Small company feel and vibe. Not a giant company that gets sold every other year.

      Cons

      Smaller company that is founder owned and operated, so endless funds of a large company are not there. As such, training is hard to come by, but owners respond to input and set up training when possible.

      Cons

      Little to no support with extreme travel requirements -Be ready to "go" at a moments notice -Poor work/life balance -4 hours of downtime? Dispatch doesn't care, go to the next job, you can sleep on the plane! And don't you dare say "No". Toxic culture -They will smile to your face and talk behind your back -No recognition for good work Lack of access to manuals and approved data -They rely solely on their customers credentials to access data to support the entire operation, which is unethical and unreliable. Little to no training -You're expected to just know things -Asking questions will deem you incompetent There is no opportunity for advancement Bare minimum on benefits, insurance, 401k, PTO
