      Low salaries + bad clients = A recipe for disaster

      Pros

      - Good opportunity for Junior developers and designers - The developers are great, I still have good friends that I got from working in Vascar.

      Cons

      - Salaries are way too low. - Working hours are too high. They expect you to answer slack/emails within 10 mins, doesn't matter if it's outside working hours. - CEO is very toxic and abusive, spreading rumors among the team. - CTO doesn't know development, so it's very hard to explain some things to him. - Clients are very bad and abusive. - They don't raise salaries if you leave Venezuela. - Zero career path. - The CEO made us write good reviews in Glassdoor (luckily I escaped from that one). - CEO has very primitive and broken English, which leads to a lot of communication problems.

      Good place to grow if you are from Venezuela but there are better options

      Pros

      1) Flexible hours 2) Good teamwork 3) If you are a junior and you are in Venezuela you can grow professionally considering that there are not many options in that sense in the country 4) Remote work 5) Challenging clients

      Cons

      1) Long hours 2) Low salaries 3) Since this is an outsourcing company, there's a ceiling when it comes to salaries. This is not a company to work in if you are not in Venezuela 4) A lot of multitasking 5) It can very stressful 6) Lack of transparency discussing salaries (i.e.: Salaries can vary wildly for similar engineers with similar experience)

      Pros

      -Amazing opportunities to work with clients in USA from Latam -Very high level technical clients -Work with financial institutions and start-ups alike -Many opportunities to grow professionally and learn -Work from home with autonomy and flexibility -As a new company there is is plenty of room to influence the culture and process of the company -Competitive salaries for the Latam market -Very hard to find better opportunities for junior developers in the outsourcing industry

      -Some growing pains due to being a young and growing company -Experience might vary depending on the client you work for and the technologies you know -High responsibility environment
