Free lunches is the best pro Work life balance is ok Senior Management was nice but now is not HR is really supportive
Cons
No room for progression at all, unless you are friends with someone at head office. They promise internal growth but always hire externally. Several people have gone for interviews and then just not heard back at all which is terrible / heard about internal position via linked in. It’s all abit of a mess. Not very inclusive at all! Quite concerning. Really embarrassing maternity package considering it’s female founded and family run business …..
