      Outdated everything, crazy workload, skeleton crew

      Great friendly people, guaranteed hours

      Cons

      -EMR is atrocious and outdated (80% of training is wasted teaching how to navigate it -Workload is ridiculous. Almost never got consistent 1:1 on training because they couldn’t afford not having me do grunt work -Constant changes that employees are expected to immediately adjust to

      Semi wireless equipment for sleep studies.

      Horrible management, horrible leadership. Owner is not able to accept constructive criticism and does not respect her employees.

      The medical equivilent to a sweatshop

      A large portion of the staff are kind and well meaning. They strive to build a community with the employees.

      Cons

      Atrocious communication from Director level down. Essential job function changes not being CC'd to the people doing said job. Constant changes and backtracking on the changes. A harrowing workload with little to no thanks. Lack of clear internal company structure. Skeleton crew work conditions.
