Pros
Great product with a bright future. Good technical team.
Cons
Since the original CEO has left, there have been several dismissals that don't make sense. Sales support is lacking, and it's gone from a supportive environment to a very critical one. I do not feel I have any sense of security and am looking for a new position.

Great for males who thrive in male-dominated spaces
Cons
Extremely high turnover rates, no onboarding, training, or internal support. Managers do not advocate for their employees. Remote-first company, but inconsistent pressure from certain managing moving backwards to be fully in-office only. May approve reasonable accommodation to buy time to replace you with someone else that fits their preferred demographic.
