Company takes on really interesting projects with a variety of clients in different areas
Cons
The company culture is not great and there is little to no accountability for those who have been there for a while, even if they are not good performers. This has led to a number of ineffective people doing sub-par work and managing others poorly, which has led other talent to leave. The pay is a bit low as well
Overall, the top standard in for-profit international development/risk management consultancy in the region. Systematized and well organized. Superb integration of its I&A across projects. And employees enjoy good overall benefits.
Cons
There are usually a lot of competing priorities --proposal development on top of daily project management, and employees are unlikely to work fewer than 8 hours each day on average.
