Cons
Long hours and lots of overtime. The facility has extremely chaotic management that never seem to have the ability to plan anything production wise more than a few days in advance. Employees on the floor can expect to sometimes go 7-8 hours without a break and occasionally a whole 12 hours without a break. The company has a serious hiring and retention problem.
