      VSCO's creator/photographer community is one of the best in the industry. That alone is a motivator for waking up and working every day.

      Cons

      - Competition is fierce in the photo editing space and VSCO is not growing - Leadership doesn't have a good strategy for driving growth. They're throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks.
