Pros
Voco used to be a great place to work....life and work oriented and training and support to grow. Great National Sales Meeting locations and most of the older employees are extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful.
Cons
Has absolutely no real data nor accessible access to users and the products, Is totally wasting reps time with redundant reports and crm is worthless....only what is put in, no ability to import from any source. No commission statements provided so you have no idea if you are actually being paid what you are due. Has no room for advancement. Expects 15 - 18% growth year after year with the rest of the market happy with 6%.....Has no human resource department so there is no where to go with concerns nor complaints.
