The job offers a ton of new challenges every day. There is never a dull moment. The ownership team takes most f my advice and acts on the recommendation. I have a real impact on the bottom line.
Cons
The company is small and has limits to the resource we can spend. As a sales leader not able to compete on a national level is frustrating.
