Paid late multiple times. When I started payday was usually around the 25th of the month. By the time I left it was up to the 6th of the following month with no definite answer as to when you were getting paid. Not a stable business for those that have a mortgage to pay.

VML technology has severe financial issues and blatantly lied about this to staff for many months. The issues became evident when they were kicked out of the rented office space for not paying the rent(we were told it was for maintenance work for the first week then the truth came out) and the extent of the issues becomes even more evident when all staff members went unpaid for many months all while being lied to and being told payday would come next week every single time! This company still owes several thousands each to myself and many other former staff members which we have tried to get from them but to no avail.
