      Pros

      Osmosis brand, nice decor. That’s all.

      Cons

      The highest turn over rate ever, Veronica (the owner) is super narcissistic and talks down to her employees. Only cares about money from the clients. No loyalty. Hours are given to other employees and hours are taken away. Only open 4 days a week. Doesn’t let you bring personal items inside. Management is rude.

      It's a beautiful spa with great people working with you

      Cons

      Pay isn't good at all. Screenshot everything you sign because they scan everything into computers & can "lose" important contracts between yourself & owners. Very high turnover rate because of micromanagement.

      Cons

      Only open 4 days a week, high turn over, restricted from bringing personal items inside, tell me not to come into work multiple days so others can gain my hours. No loyalty.
