The President of the company is way beyond his ability and not growing into the position. Always needs to be the funny guy in the room. Adds little to no value. The CMO is talented but burns through employees quickly with little remorse or care. Wants to be the sales leader, and does not get along well with the President. They are already killing revenue potential for the sales organization. They underpay believing that their stock will have significant value, and “you are lucky to work here.” The company preaches “culture” and completely lacks it.
