-I feel the wage for the amount of time you spend out of town is on the lower end compared to other companies. Over time was almost guaranteed but that also requires you to spend a lot of time on the clock. I was getting 60+ hours a week. -The company has a great product and established foothold in its market but with demand and being a smaller organization, it was at times difficult dealing with the amount of work needs to be done and was needed to stay over fairly often. -As with everything post-2020 covid there's an issue with employee retention at a lot of organizations, Upside included. The time spent learning for some to learn a role and the experience gained is wasted as several employees never made it pass 90 days and other integral employees were disgruntled and left, often leading to stressful times of "scrambling" to keep up on the day to day.

There tends to be a slow season, which makes for really long and boring work days. The company is growing and currently running out of space. And the one thing that bothers me most, there is a lack of supervisor structure. It is great that all the employees take ownership of the company. But a lead needs to actually take lead and pay attention to their employees and help make things work smoother.
