Company running on whims and fantasies of people who worked at a FPGA company

Pros

Pay is decent, and the CEO is well meaning.

Cons

There is no strategy. It’s just a bunch of people who used to work in the same company running the show. All of them are stuck in early 2000s FPGA world and have stale ideas.

Flexible work environment hindered by inexperienced leadership

Cons

CEOs didn't have successful startup experience. Didn't understand how to pivot when needed. Watched the company bank account empty out while most other AI startups were able to raise new rounds.
