Great Team Culture and Sales Potential, with Regional Resource Challenges

Pros

Very supportive and collaborative culture. Colleagues are willing to help each other and share knowledge. Overseas teams are friendly, professional, and generally efficient to work with. When I joined, I had seen some negative reviews (e.g. concerns about salary payments). From my experience, this has significantly improved and has not been an issue. For sales roles, commission is uncapped, which provides strong upside for high performers.

Cons

As the company operates across multiple regions, internal resources can sometimes feel stretched due to competing priorities and regional expansion needs. However with a solid business case and by identifying the right stakeholders and communication channels, it is still possible to move initiatives forward and achieve results.

Pros

Fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong global exposure. You get to collaborate with talented teams across different regions and cultures. Being in a scale-up phase also provides the opportunity to take ownership and actively shape processes and initiatives from an early stage.

Cons

As with many scale-ups, processes and structures are still being refined, which can occasionally lead to a fast-changing environment.

Pros

Working at the newly opened Belgrade hub has been an amazing experience so far! The environment is truly international, and I love being able to bounce ideas off and collaborate with colleagues from all over the world. The culture is incredibly supportive—everyone is genuinely eager to share their knowledge and help you grow. On top of that, the projects are super exciting, especially if you're into automation and cutting-edge AI technologies. The company also takes great care of its people with competitive salaries and awesome benefits. Plus, the Belgrade office is in a prime location, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need.

Cons

With so many AI and automation projects happening at the same time, it can sometimes be a challenge to decide what to focus on first. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the team support makes it manageable.

Pros

Truly global company with presence across 5 continents — you get exposure to diverse markets (LATAM, APAC, Europe, Africa) and work with colleagues from many different cultures. The fintech space moves fast and Unlimit moves with it, constantly launching new products and entering new regions. Leadership is ambitious and the company's growth trajectory is exciting. Great opportunity to learn about payments infrastructure, cross-border commerce, and emerging technologies like crypto/Web3. You genuinely feel like you're part of building something big.

Cons

The pace can be intense - the company is growing so fast that there's always a new market launch or product to keep up with. Not for someone who wants a slow, predictable routine.

Pros

Overall, Unlimit has such an awesome culture and growth potentials that suits individuals who are focused, adaptable, proactive and willing to take their career to the next level. The company is well known for her Global market footprint and top-notch payment infrastructure when it comes to payments and that makes every employee that had worked there or working there to be a seasonal professional in the fintech space and am glad to be part of this Global company

Cons

As a growing company especially in EMEA, there is usually a resource constraint and some decision-making remains centralized, and this usually impact speed in local APM integrations timelines and market execution
