I strongly believe that the good company needs to see the potential of their employees, motivate them, challenge them and eventually reward them. That is why I like Unlimint and why I like to work here. They see their employees as individuals and treat them individually. They see when you work hard and efficianly and they make sure that you are appreciated after the work you have done.

There are many aspects why I think that Cardpay is a good place to work for, however one of the most important aspect is that the employees are financially appreciated. Furthermore, we are constantly mentored by our managers and other department's managers which helps us develop our skills and knowledge. I believe that it is also very important to be challenged at work and at Cardpay this happens everyday. I have worked before other companies where no matter how hard you worked, and what results you achieved they did not invest in me and they did not help me grow, however here I can see that they like to promote people for their hard work, we are appreciated and they trust us with our decisions, which is really important for me and for others I'm sure.
