      A business failing to keep up with the real world and unable to contain the inadequacy of management

      Pros

      An admirable objective business. With many real, good people trying to support those in less advantageous situations, supporting through their humanity and individuality.

      Cons

      Management doesn't understand their roles, employee relations is awful, employee engagement and motivation is at an all-time low, staff performance through statistical data gathering has huge gaps and is often misinterpreted due to lack of information.
