The manager isn't competent enough to even communicate with other human beings, nor the working hours are even humane.

Nothing, extra working hours for no extra payments.
Cons
They delay the monthly salary, that you work the first 60 days without anything paid, 12 hours working daily from Saturday to Thursday, Treatment is down hill, No bonus of anykind nor there is extra hours payments.
