      Pros

      You get to manage popular accounts with real engagement. Creative freedom with content and campaigns. The community actually responds and shares stuff which makes the job rewarding. Can try different platforms and strategies without too much red tape. Budget for tools/promos is decent.

      Cons

      Hard to make technical AI stuff trendy. Constant posting schedule. Small team means you're pretty much solo. Engineers don't always get why social takes time.

      Pros

      You get to shape how the world sees YOLO and Ultralytics. Projects range from social media visuals to website content, giving variety and scope to grow. Being in Madrid is a plus (city is amazing!!) and the hybrid flexibility helps balance work.

      Cons

      High expectations and quick turnaround times can be stressful. Structure is still evolving as the company grows.

      Pros

      Technology and product potential are promising. Proactivity is expected with a certain level of liberty when it comes to "how you do what needs to get done". Remote work.

      Cons

      Top management has no sense of business and leadership, takes business guidance based on intuition. Cronyism at its best. Business decision vary on daily mood. Meetings are hectic with no formal responsibility and ownership of projects and tasks. Expected work on weekends. Lack of structure is expected, do not recommend it if you expect your JD responsibilities to match you day-to-day activities. You would say normal for a startup, but these guys have been around for 4+ years. The company is proud on their international team, but I have been personally discriminated and have witnessed discrimination of other teammates.
