      Pros

      Ambitious company but does not lose sight of the employees. Head office is a great environment with a strong team spirit. Easy to feel included within wider business in the gyms due to regular strategic and operational updates from the CEO and department heads. Countless opportunities and your voice is always heard. I have personally had two promotions in as many years.

      Cons

      During the growth period the workload can increase at times, must be prepared to work hard.

      - A company of less than 100 employees in the office with a small engineering team (<30), where the work is highly impactful. - Users are enjoying the product and are highly engaged.

      Cons

      - A lot of changes in the company structure under the new management, a lot of uncertainty about the future structure and goals.
