      Pros

      Looks good on CV, opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      Demotivated staff, excessive bureaucracy, and an organization that struggles to justify its existence. Work is based on ego projects, such as writing fancy reports, that no one reads. Huge amount of money spent on consultants doing pointless projects. I literally didn't meet a single colleague in my team of 30 who was happy with the work they were doing.

      Excellent task on the triple planetary crisis. It was nice to see these issues brought to the fore.

      Non at the moment. Everything went well during my contract.
