      Pros

      I really love the people at Two Hat, the team is fun, dedicated, hardworking and kind. The work we are doing is important.

      Cons

      I feel like I have to speak up and say something about the lack of gratitude shown to the staff. I’m really struggling with the decisions regarding this year’s Christmas party, it’s the last straw. We all get that the founder has certain “beliefs”, but to impose a dry Christmas party on the staff is ridiculous after how hard we all work every single day. It feels like you are being cheap and don’t care enough to understand the people that push the envelope And grown your business.

      Pros

      The company has an Honorable mission statement and a Great office location (downtown Kelowna) but not much else. Sad but true.

      Cons

      Useless management team with no added value whatsoever. Erratic strategy. Hypocrisy at every level. Short term vision.

      Good cause, it matters. Internet abuse should never be tolerated.

      - Ridiculous and/or confusing deadlines/expectations - Useless upper management - Ever changing strategy, lack of realistic vision - Lack of respect for work/life boundary for those working in different time zones or remotely
