      Previous chairs were comfortable. Free tea and coffee.

      1. You are given unrealistic deadlines. 2. Unpaid overtime. 3. No appreciation for good job. 4. Too much random on tasks. 5. Not allowing the chance to measure the depth of the task, before that repeatedly asking employees to finish bigger tasks without giving enough time. 6. Miss managing tasks management portal. 7. Asking to dive into many other tasks in the middle one task. 8. Below average salary.

      Team are nice as are the clients

      Cons

      God awful owner who speaks to you in the most condescending manner. Unsupportive, unappreciative, gaslights you, lies, and ties one arm behind your back to watch you fall. I tried to ask for help and give honest feedback and was ignored and mocked. The team is only 8 people, with almost all of them leaving in the past year - including myself. Fires everyone and burns the others out. Please don't get sucked in by his charm like I did. It was genuinely traumatic working here.

      The owner has severe micromanagement issues and a high turnover of staff due to unrealistic expectations. Recently caught up with a former colleague there, and was told how the owner has been slandering ex-staff and blaming issues on them as well. Extremely poor practices in marketing, design and development.
