Hardworking and supportive warehouse staff

no progression opportunities senior management staff get bonuses but the rest of the staff don't even get a salary review or performance bonuses management likes to overwork the staff constant setting of unrealistic targets lack of communication within the company as a whole stock/items go missing all the time and it's constantly overlooked processes/safety only followed when the owner or clients are walking the warehouse company doesn't have a HR or a H&S person
