      Passive aggressive culture and toxic CEO

      Pros

      Solid business plan, with smart people solving hard problems that are adding value to this world. The company will definitely be worth $$, but needs a different leadership team to actually scale.

      Cons

      This is a tough place for women in tech. There is no opportunity to influence the product/tech. If you’re not male and former microsoft, you’ll be gaslighted. There is a lot of back channeling and then, frankly, strange meetings where everyone pretends to get along. The leadership team doesn’t understand healthcare, and is at the mercy of the CEO who micro-manages all decisions.

      Met two wonderful people working there

      Cons

      If you have any other commitments other than Truveta I.e. a life outside of work you will be pushed to the side. Awful culture of being belittled for a dissenting opinion. If you’re not in the inner circle you will have a hard time getting much needed information where it needs to go. They rather hire a contractor than listen to people with industry experience. Bogus happy culture. If you’re an IC just keep your mouth shut other than to only say “Yes”

      Smart teammates Flexible PTO Great mission

      Cons

      Culture - Cut-thoat, Ex-Microsoft vs everyone else Company is tight-fisted on spend everywhere except headcount and over-hires using "we are a startup" as an excuse (this is why there is no 401K match despite 250+ employees) Very poor communication from management with reports Leadership attempts to run company as a B2C late stage enterprise software company & doesn't understand the market or have startup experience
