Pros

- Team lunches twice a week.

Cons

- No life/work balance, crazy overtime , nights, weekends, holidays, you name it, no pay or lieu. - Toxic environment, politics from dusk to dawn, super micro management. - No room for growth or advancement, just a place to pass your time. - Using punch clock and super strict about 8 hrs a day even if you worked 12hrs the day before, they don't care. - Benefits are less then basic, 10 vacation days, 3 sick days. people used to get to the office dead sick and infect everyone else just because of this. - Management can't follow their own story. Trying to show that the company is doing great financially but they are counting the cents. - Also, management is non-approachable, if you talk to any of the management(about 7 people), you are risking your job. Same goes for speaking your mind. - Office equipment is the cheapest you will ever find, breaking cheap IKEA desks and chairs. Developers are working with expired or trial software just for the company to save a few bucks. - Zero transparency, basically the attitude is "Shut up and do your job". If you ask questions you get in trouble. - Laughing or joking around with your colleagues is strictly prohibited and is considered a "waste of company's time". - As soon as someone leaves they trash his/her performance and how they damaged the business - Very sexist and chauvinist environment towards women.

Pros

- People want the product, it has a good product market fit - Steve is a charismatic CEO and is good at selling our vision - Lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays is nice

Cons

- For a company built on the idea of trust, there is none internally - They time track employees and will call you out - No real sense of culture, feels forced. Opportunity for you to hangout with coworkers once a month for 1 drink after 5pm on a Friday.....great. - Always doing the bare minimum. They used to only grant 2 sick days a year and when everyone was coming into work sick their solution was to give us sick masks. Finally bent to the constant complaints and gave us five days. - Awful work from home policy - Stopped giving shares to new employees (IF YOU ARE NEGOTIATING MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR STOCK) - Low pay - Only two vacation weeks to start - Losing all their talent to tech companies that actually pay/have benefits - Bad internal communications strategy, rumors spread like crazy and sometimes you know someone is getting fired before that person knows it

Thank you for your feedback. We don't time track any employee. For security reasons we do ask employees to use their access cards or sign in everytime they enter or leave the office. We strive hard at Trulioo to provide engaging culture. We have introduced many new initiatives, for e.g. vacation days for year 1 was increased to 3 weeks, we upgraded our extended health and dental plan and includes Long Term Disability and Life Insurance . We offer Education, Training and Certification, Structured a career development "P.A.T.H." program to help individuals grow at Trulioo, and general learning and development programs.

Pros

1. Used to have team lunch every 2 time a week 2. There was a ping pong table 3. lower level colleagues are usually really nice 4. Great place for marketing, account management and sales to have exposure to tech/finance giants

Cons

1. Politics from dawn to night, a dozen of new hires from manager’s previous company without normal recruiting process, and start push people away by providing 0 salary increase and assign unrealistic task with tight deadlines 2. Always try to low ball new grads' compensation to hire more junior developers 3. This is not a technology friendly company if they advertised themself as an SAAS startup. Technology are expense department, not the 3. They will ask if you are "willing" to submit a glassdoor review after your onboard meeting, if you go through all reviews and calculate how many upvotes each review gets, probably you will realise something :) 4. Big Brother is watching you:).Implicitly punching clock. Yes, they claim that access card tapin and tapout policy is due to compliance and regulation, but guess what, if your manager doesn't like you or wanna push you on some deadlines and tasks, they will use even a 10mins gap from entry history to trash your performance/efforts. 5. If you are software developer, maybe use it as your PLAN Z, yes PLAN Z

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you mention aspects such as growth, diversity, and innovation in your pros while working with us. We know there are a multitude of ways to approach improvements for our teams as we continue to grow as a company. We conduct a structured annual review process where employees salaries are revised based on performance. We have participated in market compensation benchmarking to help us pay competitively for salaries. We encourage feedback and open communication to help work better as a team and have a problem solving approach. We don't track time. Like any other company the deadlines are based on estimations given by the team and the manager. Having said that, we appreciate any feedback and will continue to improve.
