Pros

Good pay and you can purchase PTO

Cons

The calls come back to back, training doesn’t prepare you for what the clients call in about. Hours can change with the schedule lottery. Very stressful job. Gave me so much anxiety.

Pros

Not many. Salary and benefits are competitive, though employee contribution for health insurance coverage is expensive.

Cons

Highly disorganized and constantly reorganizing everything: staffing, processes, policies, technology, systems, etc. Not a collaborative or collegial working environment. Long hours yield more work with little appreciation or recognition.
