Pros
* Owner of the company (Douglas Mauro) is really easy to work for. If you do your job and meet your deadlines the best you can, life at TruePath is a breeze. * Lots of focus on employee experience. Tons of team outings, lunches, and events. Free coffee, snacks, and vitamin water in the office for employees at all times. * Lots of room for growth within the company * Very organized and efficient company * I was given space to do my job the way I felt best and was able to implement new processes and take initiative. * The office is located in a really nice and convenient area of Victor. Tons of options for lunch. * Coworkers and managers are really nice and helpful to new people. * The company is on the smaller/medium side, so there are no thousand layer processes for getting things done and approved like with larger companies. Everything is really simple and straight forward. * Supervisors are very approachable and really understanding and flexible as far as needing to take a personal day or having to leave a little early for an appointment, etc.
Cons
The only reason I left was because I wanted to move into an industry that TruePath just wasn't in. I was able to learn and gain tons of transferable skills and experience during my time with this company.
