      Working remote saves me from being in person for poor meetings

      Cons

      Glad some employees are starting to speak up. The new exec team isn't working and we are lacking direction. Communication has been really poor from CEO.

      Flexible position, lots of room to grow, have gotten multiple raises in the past year as I expand my job.

      Cons

      Not a lot of structure, so you will need to do a lot of the organization of projects yourself.
