The company has a high salary but a poor working environment. I worked for True Digital Vietnam. The company operates as an OTT platform and had only been in business for just over a year before shutting down. It appears that the company lacked a long-term strategy for its operations, which may have contributed to its closure. I worked hard for the whole year and brought good results to the company, but they laid me off without any compensation due to changes in the company's structure. This is unfair while I had given my best to the company. Furthermore, the company did not fulfill their promise to pay me the salary for the 13th month. (Most of company in Vietnam pay the salary for 13rd month and It is said clearly on the job description before applying to the job) Additionally, it is disappointing to learn that the company did not take responsibility for its employees' tax refund procedures. As an employee who had worked for the company for a full year, the company should have done the necessary tax refund procedures on their behalf. However, they failed to do so, which is unacceptable. True Digital Group is a company with a lack of vision and concern for its employees. While it may offer high salaries, the work experience is evidently not worth it. After being lay off, I heard that company is changing their structure again one more time and now they don't shut down anymore and continue for their business operation. They recruit again for the position which they have executed lay off process 2 month before. How ridiculous it is.

1:- Job is very insecure 2:- Huge regional bias where all of the people are from Thai, they talk in their regional language and play politics their way. 3:- No proper HR practise.
