Appreciate the balanced review. I’m glad the work itself, compensation, and flexibility landed well with you. You’re right that tariffs and supply-chain volatility have hit our sector hard. We’ve had to adjust how we structure contracts and manage procurement risks. Even so, tariffs remain a real headwind for the entire industry right now.
