Promised job stability and laid off after project ended.

Pros

Great people in office staff. Very friendly and helpful. Team members on project were hard working.

Cons

Management lied to me about conditions of employment. I repeatedly asked them if they would keep me on bench for a reasonable amount of time after first project and they guaranteed my stability. Three weeks after project ended they laid me off with no waiting period. The worst treatment I received in my 40+ years career.

Senior salesguy knows what he is doing but is overridden by immature leadership staff

Cons

Focused on placing the next guy not getting current staff the best engagements due to a façade head count system that counts all actively working employees and those laid off employees as current employees. Definitely a marketing company that has a hard time delivering consistently due to management thinking it is about them and not the product, the consultants.

Pros

Like many contractors which Trissential hires during the year end, I also worked there for only a month (as a year end resource). During my short tenure, I didn't find any pros in this company.

Cons

False promises on hire/contract. They will say they are hiring you as a full time resource but after the year end neither they have any projects nor client. In fact, they have only one client on which they depends the most.
