Senior salesguy knows what he is doing but is overridden by immature leadership staff
Cons
Focused on placing the next guy not getting current staff the best engagements due to a façade head count system that counts all actively working employees and those laid off employees as current employees. Definitely a marketing company that has a hard time delivering consistently due to management thinking it is about them and not the product, the consultants.
