Great clients, management/co-workers... not so much
Pros
The reason I hung out with Trinity as long as I did was for the clients. Seeing them grow and being able to celebrate their successes with them was amazing. It was very rewarding helping them achieve their goals, and to be there for them in a society that still contains a lot ignorance about what they might be experiencing in their day-to-day lives.
Cons
Pay was horrible, and since most of the time I wasn't reimbursed for my mileage to job sites, it bordered on the "not being worth it". Upper management was condescending and didn't seem to be in touch at all with those of us in the field. Immediate supervisor was much the same, didn't seem to have much meaningful advice when I encountered issues with clients, and often times tried to pass off problems as being my fault, when they definitely were not. Most of the office workers were very cliquey, and mostly hostile towards the clients.
