Pros

Trinity has helped me grow personally and professionally. I feel like I have been given opportunities to grow and learn and challenge myself. When I am stressed people often support me.

Cons

We take people who are very challenging and at times, I think that we do not get enough background during emergency situations from other providers. It would be good if the people placing people in our services provided Trinity with more history so we can better support people immediately during transitions.

Pros

The work/life balance is very good here. Supervisors understand that you have other aspects of your life and will be flexible accordingly. Trinity also puts a strong emphasis on positivity and how to cope with stress when there are a lot of stressful things happening in the world right now. There is definitely job stability here as long as you are a reasonably responsible employee. I appreciate their focus on the person and not the bottom line.

Communication about key information. Involving more people in decision-making processes to ensure a more thought out decision.
