      Nothing good abt the place

      Everything No proper kitchen Not build for a hotel No space no proper communication btw departments always a Sh*tshow in all event Poor hygien food quaity is poor guest get sick very often Chef is clue less and lack knowledge these were the reasons for me to run off from there

      great colleagues for a short period of time, nobody staid longer than 3 months

      Cons

      lots of hours, no paid overtime, lack of interest from management, bad staff canteen, lots of changes from other managers that don't live in UK
