Pros
Easy to communicate with any department and all of them welling to help, teach, advice, and advice. so no hassle to get the information you need. to summaries my experience I enjoyed of being a big fish in a small bowl rather than being small one in a big bowl!
Cons
I don't see it as cons in fact, its challenges any startup business has, So I took it as a challenge for me to verify my skills and knowledge.

One of the best companies I worked with, high rate salaries, friendly environment and produce unique good quality products which makes me proud to work with.
Cons
Sometimes working hours is increased by one hour than usual.
