      They paid well EPF, get extra bonuses when achieving target performance, and nearby public transportation

      Cons

      Overload work, toxic environment, and micromanaging. An extra working day without getting paid.

      Pros

      I accepted the offer as GIS analyst but was later promoted as Project Manager. It was a challenging role as previous PM left with no handover. My boss guided me for the role and she was strict but I learn a lot.

      Most staff spends time chatting and watching Youtube. The team lead does not give guidance.

      Colleague all is okay. Very supportive.

      Cons

      Management and the ceo itself is not professional at all. Decision is all based on her emotions and the rules in the company always change. Not recommended.
