Given the seriousness of your claims, we would like to provide a brief response. But more importantly, we would like to understand your concerns in more detail and would urge you to report them through our confidential ethics hotline at www.treasuredata.com/speak-up-helpline (which you can do anonymously). First, we are continuously working to improve our internal processes, including our recruiting and hiring. While we have more work to do, we have come a long way since the period we believe you are referring to, i.e., the fall of 2021 (which was the time of our spin-out from Arm and reorganization as an independent company). We take legal compliance very seriously, and we do not tolerate retaliation against employees who raise concerns in good faith. Moreover, ethical business practices are fundamental to our company values. We have robust processes in place for review and approval of our contractual commitments and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to maintaining a fair, ethical, and legally compliant workplace. We encourage all employees to report any concerns through our established channels, including our HR department, ethics hotline, and/or anonymous reporting tool (these are also available to former employees to report concerns, regardless of how much time has passed).
