First of all let me highlight one most important thing,most of the reviews written here are fake, which employees have been forced to write.
Even a novice can spot the fake reviews ,which have just been added to increase ratings ,and doesn't contain any concrete pros/cons.

Hire and Fire
No long term Vision for Company/Very short sighted top Management.
Extremely miserly Management/No Spend on well being of Employees /No Extra Curricular-Team Engagement activities.
Delayed Salaries.
CTO changed thrice in a year,this itself indicates the patience level and maturity of Management.Period.
Supreme Lack of trust in employees.They believe no one,this is the most important reason why they have not been able to grow yet.
Deeply ingrained Micro Management background especially in India Team Senior Management (even monitoring loo breaks/lunch breaks)
Very bad ratio of Tech/Non Tech .They call themselves a fin-tech company , but are not ready to recruit tech team at all.Man power is very low in Technology team.
No Central Decision maker in Company ,lack of hierarchy.
All senior/junior employees are just passing away time and buying some time.No one really cares about the product.
Lack of courage and risk taking by Senior Management.
Lack of Product vision and road-map for taking it ahead.
No respect for Talented resources/Biased Environment.
No Drive to hire a strong technical team ,deliver it and get it done.
Extreme trial and dump methods due to lack of patience.
