Overworked is an interesting point to raise as the expectation is 37.5 hours a week, tracking this activity shows where there may be a challenge and your line manager should work with you to address this. Tracking activity and metrics is key to many businesses and whilst we appreciate this is a new way of working, these 'made up metrics' work across 1100 B2B software companies, of which we now benefit from shared learning. Everyone in the business got a payrise this year. We appreciate incentives globally may differ, but all staff benefit from Udemy training access, Perkbox and flexible annual leave allowance. UK staff also benefit from increased healthcare allowance this year and Mintago financial support. Feedback is listened to and where possible acted upon.
